On bootup the MOVO has been failing due to one arm not connecting. The ethernet port for the right arm will light up a couple times as though trying to connect, but while the left arm will then begin communicating the right arm will not. The right arm is powered however as it is stiff when the robot is powered, and it's not a fuse issue as the fuses have been checked.
However it seems like every so often the MOVO will start correctly in which case it works until powered off again.
Version
Provide the branch you are working on, the packages you are using, etc.
Movo's configuration (No arm, single arm, double arm, 6DOF, 7DOF-S)
Kinetic-devel branch, 2 arm, 7DoF.
Steps to reproduce
Turn on the MOVO.
