Problem

I know you have the intention to update this mod to the 1.20 ecosystem in the near future, and i dont want to rush that by any means, but a possible update to 1.19.4 (if possible) would mean the world to me! I'm trying to make a hardcore centered modpack, but other mods i want to include only are available from 1.19.4 onwards, if this is not possible then ill gladly sit tight until 1.20 becomes available !!

Feature

1.19.2 - 1.19.4

Sadly, this is easier said than done. As I've mentioned before (I think), Mojang has decided to take the modding community into account even less than they did before. Please refer to this Fabric blog post for more details: https://fabricmc.net/2022/11/24/1193.html.

Previously, Mojang tried to avoid breaking changes and only introduced them in major updates, where they were somewhat expected. Nowadays, they don't seem to care anymore. So, while players receive minor updates with bug fixes and perhaps some smallish little features, mod developers are bombarded with numerous breaking changes that really, really could have been delayed until major updates.

Consequently, there's no longer a "1.20 ecosystem," "1.19 ecosystem," etc., as was the case with 1.18 and previous versions. Every update now requires evaluation on a per-item basis. And let me tell you, updating this mod to 1.19.3 and then to 1.19.4 is much more challenging than updating it to 1.19 was.

However, this doesn't mean I'll abandon this mod. No, of course not. I'll incrementally update it to every Minecraft version released since I last touched this project; I just need time for that. Unfortunately, I currently have very little time to spare for this project, much to my regret.
