The main aim of our app is to put forward a systematic approach for being relieved from stress, anxiety and other mental health issues. Through our App we make sure the user is provided with a personalized experience where we navigate them through multiple stress healing techniques like Meditation, Healthy nutrition, Proper Sleep, Virtual Nature tour, Fitness regime, Exercises etc.
- Our App has a chatbot that analyzes the user’s problem and will help them feel relieved by having a friendly conversation.
- Our app also have an alert button where users under coping stress could click that button and a set of selective contacts would receive a message that users need some assistance via a small talk or a coffee hangout.

Setting up the chat bot functionality was difficult.Later used Dialogflow and made it simpler. Apart form this understanding multiple use case problems and addressing them with a particular solution was important.
India was dubbed as ‘one of the most depressed countries in the world’ by WHO in 2018-2019. Yet up to 83% people suffering from mental health issues don’t get the help they need, This is where our app comes into picture and we make sure our app relieves people to the fullest. We are extremely passionate towards solving this problem and are looking forward to help people come up with a much better version of themselves.
