Currently users can define a plane manually:

startSketchOn({
       plane: {
         origin: { x: 0, y: -14, z: 0 },
         xAxis: { x: 1, y: 0, z: 0 },
         yAxis: { x: 0, y: 0, z: 1 },
         zAxis: { x: 0, y: -1, z: 0 }
       }
     })

Or with offsetPlane if their plane is parallel to XY or another standard plane

startSketchOn(offsetPlane("XZ"))

We should add other convenient ways to construct planes, e.g. make a plane from 3 points.
