We recently discovered a bug when trying to convert and download FBX files from the website. The issue turned out to be on the format tooling side, but users were only presented with this Failed button in text-to-cad-ui:

a button reading "Failed" with FBX selected from a dropdown

(curiously, the format dropdown also stays green even when an error occurs).

Being able to see the error message somewhere in the UI and logging it to the console would help us diagnose issues like this faster.
