Prompt box gets cut off when window is resized

Description

A user reached out to me to tell me that he couldn't see the prompt box in the Text-to-CAD UI.

I think the simpliest solution is providing a scroll wheel if the window is resized and the prompt box gets cut off. When the window is resized, you can't scroll up to the window
