Where should users open an issue?

If I encounter a bug with trame-vtk, should I report it in this repository or in trame-vtk's repository. Similarly for any of the submodules.

If the answer is here, then we may want to use an Issue template that forces users to open the issue here. This can be done with .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml in each of the submodule repos:

My take would be that if a user don't know where to publish an issue, it should go to trame.

Then if someone knows that the issue is truly (advanced user) related to a trame-* module, then having on its repo make sense.

The point of having separate repo is to support various release cycle across components since they are really independent of each other.
