Support string formats

There are many types which are irrepresentable through standard "type" declarations. Notable examples are timestamps and uint/int64. However, a flexible standard has been set aside by prestigious developers around the use of format as a field in string fields, which describes more thoroughly what the data means, even if the "type" is still string.
