Add support for OTH3600-GA-ZB Thermostat

Hi,

I have a thermostat that is not supported by Zigbee2MQTT.
From the generated external definition (sorry for the screenshot I was not able to copy paste the text):

This thermostat is exactly the same as TH1300ZB From Sinopé Technologies (Same hardware, same features, only the PN# changes). TH1300ZB is already supported by Zigbee2MQTT so I guess it's easy to support the OTH3600.

In the meantime is there a way to use the configuration of the TH1300ZB?

I tried to create an external converter:
ouellet.js.txt
I added this file in the folder zigbee2mqtt
I am using Home Assitant, in the zigbee2mqtt configuration file, I added

external-converters:
  - ouellet.js

But it's still unsupported.
I am able to pilot the thermostat when I go through the dev console. So the issue is the external converter that is not loaded correctly

OK I am able to load an external converter I didn't follow the new procedure for zigbee2mqtt 2.0 and above.
Now I have the following external converter:

My thermostat is now supported by zigbee2mqtt, but I have pretty much nothing exposed:

I am able to send temperature command through MQTT.
Could you help me with that?
