Some devices are not be controlled after successfully adding

Hello,

I can indeed add more IKEA and Paulmann devices, but after pairing them, they cannot be controlled and after some minutes they became unavailable or offline.

I already have 14 lamps from Paulmann Licht GmbH in use, which work without network issues. Additionally, 19 devices from IKEA of Sweden are also functioning without problems. Hue or Tuya lamps can still be added and controlled without any issues.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be? I have also tried to connect the lamps directly to other devices and also to the coordinator, but this does not work at all. It's not just lamps, Ikea sockets don't work on the network either. I can connect and use these lamps in another Z2M instance, so it's not the lamps themselves.
