Update chain list SOP

Adjust process to dev-build-release chain list version

Current status

• Fetch data from Strapi to create the build.
• But some data is in development so cannot add to build data.
• Need to remove some unexpected data every build time.
• In a week, sometimes have several issues related to updating the chain list -> Have many pull requests to update the chain list -> Difficulty in following issues

Need to improve

• Update flow to create the issues: Basic chain integration -> Add features for chain (Staking, NFT,...)
• Create the flow to handle case fetch data not ready in Strapi (local state to flag the data will not be added to build version)

Solution for compare change log:

• Merge icon to 1 link (beta and master use same link)
  • Use 1 domain
  • Use origin file name from image source ( not replace - if image update, will be deploy another image)
    --> Change log will be clean
