Beckn gateway and registry underwent some changes during safal production deployment. We want to ensure we have our own gateway which doesn't break again in prod.

Issue created on Beckn Registry Repo regarding deployment of reference Java Implementation application.
Dockerfile has been created and is able to build the application successfully however on hitting apis we get a socket hangup.
