Brand new install broken

Brand new install only changed the two values I was told to change in the install guide which was

DB_PASSWORD - Please set a secure password here
REDIS_PASSWORD - Please set a secure password here

I then went to do docker-compose up -d and recieved this message.

Volume db declared as external but specifies additional attributes (driver).
