Some calendar events missing from single Syncthing device, suggestions?

Hi there. I'm not sure if my problem is caused by Radicale or something else, but wanted to see if anyone here has a suggestion.

I'm using Radicale with the Radicale DecSync plugin and Syncthing to sync events and tasks between my work computer (device1), phone (device2), and home computer (device3). This works well, however I've noticed some event entries are missing in device3's Thunderbird calendar. What could be the cause?

I've tried manually replacing the DecSync directory of device3 with that of device1 and device2, so it doesn't seem to be a Syncthing problem. I've reinstalled Radicale on device3, so it doesn't seem to be a Radicale problem. And I have the same problem if I make a new Thunderbird profile on device3, so it doesn't seem to be a Thunderbird problem. I'm not overly tech-savvy, so right now I'm not sure what to try next.

I'll add that if I use device1 or device2 to edit an event that doesn't show up on device3, it will reappear on device3. I'm not sure how to interpret this.

I've still yet to figure out this issue, however it appears deleting the directories at C:\Users\username\.var\lib\radicale\collections\collection-root\* works. This apparently causes Radicale to rebuild the server resources from the Syncthing (DecSync) files, perhaps suggesting some sort of corruption in this directory is the cause.
