The nav-bar options need beautification

On the first page when the navbar button is clicked the navbar options appear about 2vh below top. This effect is to be kept for all the pages except the first page. On the first page the navbar options need to start from the beginning of the page with adjustments made to accommodate the nav-bar button as well
