Some default recipes from TechReborn and Astromine are broken

KubeJS: 1.1.1
TechReborn: 3.4.4+build.86
Astromine: 1.3.5

After enabling KubeJS it brokes recipes that uses "minecraft:air" as ingredient:
[08:12:14] [main/ERROR]: Parsing error loading recipe techreborn:crafting_table/uu_matter/ender_pearl: Shaped recipe ingredient {"item":"minecraft:air"} with key 'X' is not a valid ingredient!

In addition, there are strange errors in some TechReborn recipes:

Despite the commit above which implies that the bug is fixed, I still get these errors with Tech Reborn. Perhaps 1.16.2 made it broken again?
