My name is Josh Duffney. I am an IT Professional turned PowerShell Developer, who is fascinated by all things DevOps and automation. I am a Pluralsight author, speaker, blogger, technical writer and an automation engineer. I love learning and it is this love of learning that has inspired me to share my knowledge with you and anyone who is willing to listen.
Information Technology is changing at an ever increasing rate. It is impossible for someone to know everything and it is near impossible to keep up with what new technology is released, let alone learn all about it. My mission is to shorten that learning curve and to help you obtain the knowledge you need to do your job, grow your career, or to simply learn something cool.
I believe that to effectively learn, it has to be applicable to you. Meaning once you’ve learned it, you can go and apply it, implement it or use it in someway. For that reason, I’ve adopted a real world style of teaching, writing and mentoring. Most, if not all of my writing and talks come from real world examples that came from my working experience.
