Exporting custom data base from AB, to use it in Simapro

Hi all,
I would like to know the possibility of transfering models from activity browser to simapro.
when i did some research i found that, the files exported from AB are as name.bw2package. cant use in simapro directly. in that case, we have to convert the file to ecospold1 xml or simapro csv. which one is better? and anyone know how to do this?
