Get requested groups (observations) details and create a view to display them

As a user, I would like to see the details of my (pending) requested observations so that I know the details of my project. I would like for this to be visible through different actions:

1. After I'm done making a request, I would like to see in descending order my pending requests (inclusive of the one just made) with the details of the request
2. When I click on a request under Pending Requests, I would like to see the details of that specific request
3. Maybe have a view dedicated to viewing the details of requests? Discuss with Edward (and anyone who wants to chip in)
