FUTURE TO DO: Get telescope classes and allow user to select telescope class (maybe)

As a user, I would like to select the telescope class for my requested observations.
As a developer, I would like to have the least amount of code hardcoded so that users can make selections where it makes sense. To get telescope classes, I would have to make a request and obtain all classes (available for scheduling) and filter out those that shouldn't be scheduled by students
