As a user that occasionally needs to do manual fitting in find_orb of close-passing objects and now that Bill Gray thinks JSON Is A Good Thing(Tm), we should add support for reading in the fitted elements from the JSON file (rather than the 1-line MPCORBIT file) and using that to update the NEOexchange Body
