Update Wiki page with Division of AORs

Follow-up with issue #70, to add the updated division of AORs in the wiki.

The content is below:

Main reason for this is to split up AORs with heavier work load into Course level. This allows the team to take a break between Prep Course & Academy. Let me know if anyone has a question :)
