Regarding the closed issue: python3.5 and pip compatibility #4

Regarding the closed issue and to help you fix the issue, the reason I worked with python3.5 in the first place is because that's the only way I could pip install pybsrnqc. Using newer versions of python and trying to install pybsrnqc would not work.

I use Python 3.10.7 and I have no specific trouble.
Can you send me your log trace when you run the command pip install pybsrnqc with newer python version ?

Also how do you plan to use the package ?
