Add function for /v1/resource-groups/{resource_group}/query-size-info

The /v1/resource-groups/{resource_group}/query-size-info API endpoint doesn’t have an equivalent in the Go client. We are currently developing a LINSTOR driver for Incus (lxc/incus#1621) and one of the required features is to show used/available/total space. Can such a function be added to golinstor?
