All variants compile with clang/ibm-16.0.6-cuda-11.2.0-gcc-8.3.1 for an OpenMP target build. EDGE3D kernel variants (Base_Seq, Base_OMPTarget, RAJA_OMPTarget) fail to run with this build. Base_Seq EDGE3D compiles and runs when built with other compilers.

  • Fix Base_Seq for clang/ibm-16.0.6-cuda-11.2.0-gcc-8.3.1
  • Fix openmp target for clang/ibm-16.0.6-cuda-11.2.0-gcc-8.3.1
