Renovate is generating a lot of PRs and notifications
Develop a common Renovate template to be used in all repos
Get inspiration from Laminas' current use of Renovate

lockfile maintenance could slower than every week, like every 2-3 weeks or even monthly. Every week generates a lot of PRs and emails.
