Some source galaxy catalogs assume sky, and some pixel. CLMM currently assumes pixel, and will calculate profiles with that assumption. This issue outlines a notebook testing these assumptions on different publicly available example datasets including HSC Y3.

  • Include instructions for download from Tomomi's dropbox
  • Section for Subselected CosmoDC2 source galaxies for an example galaxy cluster
  • Section for Summer school provided source galaxies from M. Oguri
  • Section for HSC Y3 data from Tomomi's post-processing
  • Swap in the new functionality from Caio's branch to specify "coordinate_system=sky" or "=pixel" in defining the galaxy cluster object.
