Version 1.02 release

This is a build of UwTerminalX v1.02 for Windows, Linux and Mac.

This addresses an issue with device naming only.

First release, version 1.01

This is the full public initial release of UwTerminalX, with binaries for Linux, Windows and Mac.

(UwTerminalX_v1.01_Windows.zip has been compiled using Qt 5.4 and TUwTerminalX_v1.01_Windows_Qt5-5.zip using Qt 5.5)
