Autoupdate laks/dduper docker image from ci job

Instead of building docker image manually and pushing it to docker hub, include it as part of CI.

Any progress on this or at least a manual update?

docker images can be built from CI (gitlabCI) job. https://github.com/Lakshmipathi/dduper/blob/master/.gitlab-ci.yml#L53

ps: ah, its been 2 years (time flies!) since I did something useful here :p Personally as a father of 2 year old twins I'm quite busy :-) Soon I'll catch-up with my FOSS project(s) :)
