New features from branch "development"

5.8 - last version of the Laravel Framework v5.* before Laravel 6.
Current release is compatible with Laravel 5.5+ and Laravel 6.0+
Also this release still has Bootstrap 3 on the front, but has many usefull features from branch "development". In the next releases Bootstrap 3 will be changed for version 4; scripts, style & assets will be upgraded to latest versions.
