There is already a nightly release created EVERY time Build Debug APK is run.

If you are talking about automatically releasing a main release, there is already an issue open: #1943

There is already a nightly release created EVERY time Build Debug APK is run.

It only creates a nightly release if toggled by push, pull requests can't create it (if I'm wrong, please let me know, I only know a little)

Nightly releases are created from ALL commits to the develop branch, including ones from merged PRs. (https://github.com/LawnchairLauncher/lawnicons/releases/tag/nightly)

I'm not sure what you mean. Nightly releases are created as soon as a PR is merged and the debug APK is built which usually takes a couple of minutes. You can not make it any faster than that.

All nightly build are deliberately made to be slow for ease of development.
