If it helps anyone, I've worked out what needs to happen from OUTSIDE the code. There are a few more things to be taken into account within the code if there were to be included (one main thing: custom bin subdivisions which allow varying depths.
Truth be told, if you don't need training wheels, you just go right to step 6 and type in the depth you want. But I think in code, and I think in terms of future ease of use, so I like the flexible nature of parameters. |

I see people asking for the ability to modify the resulting model once created. If you were to set parameters in Fusion for certain key aspects, then use those parameters when generating your model via script, couldn't some of the features be changeable after generation? Wouldn't it be nice if you could change at least R and C counts?
I don't know how much of your design relies on computations during the generation, vs constraints and relationships, but the more you can rely on "Model Parameters", the closer you get to a post-generation modifiable model, no?
