@kaysievers I noticed this in the upstream as well:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kay/libabc.git/

The README indicates this is free and unencumbered, released to the public domain, but COPYING indicates LGPL 2.1. Which one is correct? And can the incorrect one be modified to reflect the current intended license?
