Socket.io does not respond when upgrade to node 0.10.0 #62

I use latest socket.io and up, and when upgrade to 0.10.0, the server stops responds to any request, unless I listen to a specific port inside my code (i.e. not from up CLI).

Due to a bug of node-http-proxy http-party/node-http-proxy#387 (a dependency of distribute) LearnBoost/distribute#6
