Could you provide support for AWS Endpoint, please?

This tool is made only for AWS and it uses the aws-sdk for ruby.

Atm, it's not possible to set the endpoint with an environment variable.

If you want to try to implement it and open a PR, I'm glad to include it in the project.

I never worked with ruby in my lifetime and had no clue how to do it because I can't find any reference in the code for "AWS_REGION" which means that this environment variable should be used automatically by AWS CLI.

I look for any documentation about an "ENDPOINT_URL", but I didn't find anything.

Unfortaneley I can't understand this implementation.
