Im using traditional chinese, is it possible to let the select bar also being visible in fullscreen mode? windowed mode works fine

im using forge 47.1.3 and win10

Hello, the selection bar is not visible in fullscreen mode with the Microsoft IME as well. I think it might be impossible to resolve, but further investigation is needed.
