这个功能解决了什么问题？

我这边项目的vite是5.4 现在这个项目vite是3.2 我看了依赖是vuedraggable都是4.1.0
我发现项目拖拽功能不能正常使用,后面发现使用了vite的plugins 改写了vuedraggable的代码 但是vite5.4 生成的vuedraggable代码跟vite3.2生成的vuedraggable代码有差异。目前我没有思路怎么改了，ControlInsertionPlugin.js这个我也不清楚是咋实现的 能提供一下帮助吗？

你期望的 API 是什么样子的？

  console.log('Hello World')
