Task to get hold of West Sussex mobile library data

Data is available here
https://www.westsussex.gov.uk/libraries/using-library-services/mobile-libraries

Acceptance Criteria

  • Script is written to transform data
  • A CSV in the correct schema is ready for loading
  • CSV passed through the schema validation
