Can Open Refine handle diverse data formats such as .txt & rdf at the same time?

Are there any "connectors" to allow Open Refine to read/write directly to a database (eg Sybase, MySQL etc)?

@ptallentire Great question - to separate out the two questions, I'm going to move your Q to an issue of its own

@HKollef It depends a bit on what you mean :)

Importing data you probably need to be working with a single format in your import file. However, once you've got the data into OpenRefine, you may well be able to combine it with data from other sources.

The tutorial at http://freeyourmetadata.org/reconciliation/ talks you through linking data in OpenRefine to RDF triples via a SPARQL endpoint (winning at jargon in this sentence). Another example is this article http://journal.code4lib.org/articles/11013

If you are going to work with RDF in OpenRefine you will want to install the RDF extension from http://refine.deri.ie
