Custom attributes with "Is Admin only" are shown to all users #428

Version tested: 2.8.6.2 and develop, fresh installation with default dev config and sample dataset

Behaviour expected:
Custom attributes set to "Is Admin only" should only be shown to admin users and not to normal users or guests.

Current behaviour:
Custom attributes show to all users even guest in case the public calendar is enabled.

Am I missing something here? Thanks for any help :)
