tbachert/spi contains a Composer plugin which is currently not in your allow-plugins config. See https://getcomposer.org/allow-plugin

When doing a git pull, then composer update, the previous error is shown. I hit y to allow it to install, and the installation goes.

Is this something the repo can fix?
