G) Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Theme should be change to Tan from the Administration->Global.

1. On the navigation menu, click on ‘Patient/Client.’
2. Select ‘Finder’ from the dropdown.
3. A tap opens containing a list of patients. Click on any patient’s name.
4. In the patient details tab that appears shortly, click on ‘Edit Demographics.’

H) Expected Behavior: I expected to see a form where I can edit patient’s demographics.
I) What Actually Happened: When the ‘Edit Demographic’ button is clicked, a form displaying demographic information appears and shortly after (under 1 second) another displaying Insurance quickly appears and disappears. This makes the Demographic view unstable for a short time as it seems to slightly move up and down.
J) Screenshots With Explanation. No screenshot is possible since it happens faster than I can capture.
K) Estimation of Severity: Minor distraction or confusing but workflow can continue correctly.
