Error 2 & Error 4?

Whats are these errors?

Also what is the correct way to save the spreadsheet as a csv? I'm using , as a cell delimiter & " as a space delimiter, saving it with UTF-8 encoding using LibreOffice on Mac Os X

I haven't touch this for a long time. I'll let you know once I fixed it with proper error messages. Do send me a copy of the csv you are translating which contains the error if its convenient to you.
