AlphaFold3 Server

Hi folks,
Hope this is a right place to ask.
Alphafold server allows user input protein sequence up to 5,000 tokens. My system is a bit larger than this number, 7,207 residues.
Is there any way to use the server to make predictions?

You could try trimming your complex. Other than that maybe try Chai-1 on an H200 or something... https://github.com/chaidiscovery/chai-lab

@maxall41 Chai-1 also limits the total length as 2048
