Create initial structure for docs on p2p compute networks

I've been researching different decentralized compute networks recently, and Kacper mentioned he was too. Levi also has great knowledge in this area.

I was thinking it would be useful to start creating some docs for internal use. Eventually, we could publish via blogs/articles.

I personally prefer using markdown files in GitHub. If people think a frontend would be useful, we could use Docusaurus. Feel free to add comments here on what you're preferred format is.
