Wine version? Confusing requirements in README. #139

The readme states:

Tested CC2021 on openSUSE Tumbleweed using Wine-9.6, no problems so far

wine >=6.1 (Avoid 6.20 to 6.22 DON'T USE STAGING)
(Wine 8.0+ are causing an issue with the windows version see workaround #94 (comment))

What does all that mean?

We should use something newer than 6.1 but not 6.20 and 6.22...
the link specifies 7.22 but also says there are problems.
Should version be 9.6? Even though 8+ is causing issues?

Please update the README to clarify what version is recommended.
