It'd be nice to really test (= do a real new release) the semantic release on the sdk package before implementing this here, since we're going to copy/paste the implementation I guess, wdyt?

Add sematic release for this langchain integration, is the same config as linkup-python-sdk, I had tested with this command: semantic-release --noop publish
The only things to add is the GH_TOKEN in this directory (don't have authorization to create one)
