[Post creation] Arbitrary file attachment

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, the compose UI allows us to attach images from a limited sort of photo picker window thing. This is nice, but it doesn't present much power in terms of sorting and filtering the images to find the one you want. It also doesn't allow you to search for a non-image file to upload, like a voicemail or zip file or something.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good if we could somehow use the full system file picker, so I could select my gallery app and use its power to filter through the images. And to be able to select files that aren't images.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It would also be good to be able to share files to the app, but currently Raccoon for Friendica doesn't show up as a share-to option. I'll make another ticket for this though, since it's not technically the same thing.

Thanks for the suggestions, indeed two valid and sensible points!

1. Upload other attachment types, instead of just images

I have to investigate a little bit about this because uploading media (at least images) works in a slightly different way on Mastodon and on Friendica and the app needs to support both. I need to make some manual tests to see what happens for other MIME types.

2. Receive incoming attachments

Being able to receive data from other apps via an intent-filter to compose posts was "in pipeline" (at least for textual data/web URLs ) but only inside my head, I've never written anywhere I was going to implement this feature. I'll start step by step with texts and we'll see how it is received by users and what priorities emerge. Opening a separate issue for this is a good idea anyway!
