Causes "Windows is checking for a solution"...

Repro:

```
     Open IF, set an FPL
```
```
     Retrieve it from IF
```
```
     Hit Enable Autonav
```

     You get a popup “Windows is checking a solution for this”

```
     App crashes finally
```
