Hotkeys will freeze when connected to OBS while recording/streaming

What happens is at some point while recording, the split hotkey will stop functioning. When I unbind and rebind the split hotkey, it will work, but only once. This is the same with every hotkey. So it's basically like every hotkey becomes single-use after they become "frozen" and I have to unbind and rebind every time I want to use them.
In my first run, the hotkeys froze 1.5 hours into the recording; in my second run they didn't freeze; and in my third run they froze half an hour into the run. (These 3 runs were on separate days)
I was thinking it might have happened because my laptop was under stress, but it didn't resolve after I closed apps on my laptop. I'll try recording at a lower resolution so that there's less stress on my laptop and see if that affects it. (I'm on macbook os 14)

Did you use the web version, the desktop version or the OBS plugin?

Alright, so the hotkeys for the OBS plugin work very differently in that we let OBS handle them entirely for us. So this is probably an issue you need to report directly to OBS. I can check if anything stands out in our code, but this is very likely an OBS issue.
